INFORMATION FOR ITAS MEMBERS REGARDING DEBT RECOVERY SERVICES.

ITAS has now contracted Global Trade Recoveries to recover any monies owed to our members free of charge.

The debt collection agency will add 10%-20% to the debt as a commission and this will be added to the debt and recovered from the debtor.

This service is free up to the point of court action. At this stage you will be required to pay all court fees and costs etc. These costs will then be added to the debt and recovered upon successfully judgment.

The process is not a quick one it can take up to six months before we get a debtor in court. If the debt is disputed by the customer it will almost certainly end up in court.
